What this does differently
Indian portals publish minimums as well as maximums: a photo cropped from a group shot or forwarded through a messaging app is often under the pixel floor, and a small JPEG is often under the KB floor. This page takes the form’s limits — from a sourced preset or typed from your form — sets a crop frame where the shape is fixed, picks the smallest size inside the pixel band, and then reaches the KB band by quality first and pixels second, measuring the saved file each time. The result comes with a checklist against the preset. For a KB floor without pixel limits, use increase JPG size.
What it will not do
- It does not say a file is accepted or approved; only the authority decides that.
- It does not check a face, background or liveness — only pixels, KB, format and shape.
- It never runs an AI model or face refinement on these photos, and never pads a file.

- Increase JPG sizeReach a minimum file size in KB by quality first, then pixels — measured on the saved file, never padded.
- Increase image sizeMake it this big: a percentage, or an exact width or height with the aspect locked.
- Upscale imageOne photo, 2× to 4×, previewed instantly; the AI pass is offered with its exact download size.
- Increase image resolutionState the pixels you need — long edge, both edges, a box or megapixels — and the factor is solved per photo.
